Erica is a Spring 2017 initiate into Gamma Chapter but was born into Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc being the legacy of Soror Judy Belton. She is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a degree in Biological Engineering. In 2007, while in undergrad, Erica was voted in as the President of the American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers for the collegiate Southeastern Region. Since graduating in 2008, Erica has worked for the Department of Navy as an Environmental Engineer breaking barriers and formulating new ways to keep the Navy within compliance. Despite her technical background, Erica has always had a vision of being a plus size model despite not having an example growing up in the media. In 2011, she began modeling and became professional in 2015. Erica Belton believes in motivating the youth so in her free time she speaks to young women about STEM and the love of self. Erica Belton loves Iota and plans to continue to grow within this amazing organization.
